For a return, call 888-555-5555 and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As soon as your product is received at the receiving warehouse and the RMA number is recognized, your credit card will be credited for the price of the product. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis and may be subject to one or more of the following:
- Deducting a 20% restocking fee (on all returned / refused items).
- Deducting shipping charges.
- Deducting for missing or damaged items.
- Deducting for damage cause by misuse, improper packing or under insured.

- Product Availability & Shipping
- Domestic orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM Eastern time should ship the same day. FCP offers shipments via UPS ground, overnight, 2nd day or FedEx 2nd day air, or FedEx overnight. You choose the shipping method and cost that best meets your needs.
- Out of Stock Items
- Occasionally, our stock may be depleted due to high demand or factory delays. Such items will show up on our web site as back order items with an ETA (estimated time of arrival).
- Shipping Damage
- Report any damage or breakage to us immediately upon receipt of your merchandise. You must retain all packing material for two weeks for the carrier's inspection. The carrier has signed that your package was received in good condition from our warehouse, therefore we must file a damage claim with the carrier (usually UPS, or the specific shipping or trucking firm).
- International Orders
- Your Store Name is pleased to offer our International Customers the opportunity to purchase most of the products presented on our web sites. In addition, we cannot offer the 30 day money back guarantee on items shipped overseas. Currently all international orders must be prepaid by Money Order or wire transfer. Please allow up to one week for processing. International Customers: Please call 888-555-5555 to verify your country's import/export standing status or any additional charges ( Freight, Taxes or Tariff ) that may accrue before you can proceed with this order.
