Accepting Orders

Please make sure to refuse all orders with obvious box damage such as a tear or clear crush on equipment that are shipped through trcking companies. There are no return or exchange if the box is clearly damaged when the trucking company has already delivered and you have signed and received the shipment. Please call us at  888-499-8600 if the machine is damaged even though the box is not. In that case, the machine must be repacked in the original box and we'll exchange it with a new unit within 48 hours. In all other cases please call us at 888-444-3299 and talk to our customer service department.

How to place a service call

You can trust JTF for quality on-site service nationwide. All calls before 11 AM will be completed the same day. All Warranty & Extended contract works are on-site and free of any charges.

Do I need a professional to set up my machine?

JTF Business Systems always recommends that a professional be used to set up your machine. Please call us and let us arrange for an authorized dealer to set up your machine properly if you are not sure how to set it up. The Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover problems that are caused by customer's set up such as toner spill, developer spill, poor copies, paper jam, etc.) .

  • Customers that choose to set up their machines are fully responsible for any and all damages that occur.
What should I do if my machine is not working?

Call 800-444-3299 and talk to one our representative. JTF will place a service call to correct the problem on-site if possible, otherwise we will ship you a new unit without any additional charges.

  • Customer is responsible for any service call that is caused by improper setup or customer error. Please read and follow  the manufacturer's set up and installation procedures accordingly.
  • We can arrange for a professional to set up your machine.
New Product Information

JTF Business Systems is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any new* products information. Although, we try to make sure all information are accurate, we cannot be held liable for misprints or misinformation which are provided on our website. Please check the information with one of our sales representative to confirm the accuracy of the new products information before purchasing online. Please be informed that if you decide to return the product, you will be subject to the following charges.

  • Deducting a 20% restocking fee (on all returned / refused items).

Software Compatibility

Since we don't have any data regarding customers network capabilities, JTF Business Systems can not be hold responsible for any error arises with the multifunctional features (scanning, printing, e-mail faxing, etc.) as indicated by the manufacturers on their products specifications. Please make sure to confirm your systems requirements with your IT manager before purchasing any multifunctional equipment.

  • Be advise that customers are responsible for any additional charges that would be required for any multifunctional products to work properly with your computer system.
Charge Back Agreement

By purchasing any product, you agree to all JTF terms and conditions. By receiving an RMA number you authorize JTF to charge your account or credit card on file for any or all replacement parts and labor in the event of damage caused by improper packaging.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Virginia are subject to 5% & orders shipped to Washington DC are subject to 5.75% sales tax.

Our Nationwide Service Partners are factory trained to meet your unique service requirements. JTF's support team will first provide the technical support you may need to resolve  the problem. If the problem requires on site repairs, we will dispatch one of our Auth. Service Partners in your area in minutes to minimize your down time when you need on-site maintenance.

Why do I have to register with your site?

You do not need to register with us to browse our store. You are welcome to visit us, look through our inventory, and comparison shop without registering. However, you must register before placing items in your shopping cart or adding items to a personal shopping list. Your registration gives us the information we need to contact you to confirm and ship your order, provide you with access to order status information, and contact you in the event of a problem with your order.

30 Day Return - Exchange Policy
  • Equipment:  Only Defective, Factory-Sealed products are eligible for return under our 30 days return policy.  Please first go to http://www.iobs2.com/jtf/emailUs.cfm and open a return ticket request to obtain an RMA number*.

  • Supplies: Only defective, damaged or factory-sealed supplies are qualified for return.

* Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is NOT POSSIBLE for Damage claims (during shipping) without ALL packing material. RMA number WILL NOT be issued without original packing materials. All parts and components must be re-packed into their original packing material.

  • In all other cases, supplies or equipments that has been opened or has a broken seal are not eligible for Return Authorization.
  • You are responsible for any or all damages due to your improper packaging.

Special Orders:     such as Network Cards, Printer or Scanner Interface Boards, Copier or Fax Accessories, Memories, Electronic Whiteboards (Panaboard & Plus Copyboards & Paper Handling products are not returnable for refund. (There would be a 40% restocking fee on any special order item if an RMA was to be issued.

  • Issues of software compatibility must be addressed to the Manufacturers. There is no return on software compatibility with your systems. You may need to down load new firmware updates from the manufacturer’s website. Click here to contact the manufacturers. We don't offer any network support.

Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis. We will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As soon as your product is received at the receiving warehouse, the RMA number is recognized and the item is quality checked, your account will be credited ( credit card) within 7 days.

Product Availability & Shipping

Domestic orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM Eastern time should ship the same day. Some of our products like Paper Shredders and Paper Handlings are drop ship directly from the manufacturers to you within 48 hours on most cases. Please select next day or 2nd day shipping if you require faster delivery. In most cases, JTF offers shipments via UPS ground, overnight, 2nd day or FedEx 2nd day air, or FedEx overnight. You choose the shipping method and cost that best meets your needs.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, our stock may be depleted due to high demand or factory delays. Such items will show up on our web site as back order items with an ETA (estimated time of arrival).

Shipping Damage

Report any damage or breakage to us immediately upon receipt of your merchandise. You must retain all packing material for two weeks for the carrier's inspection. The carrier has signed that your package was received in good condition from our warehouse, therefore we must file a damage claim with the carrier (usually UPS, or the specific shipping or trucking firm).

International Orders

JTF is pleased to offer our International Customers the opportunity to purchase most of the products presented on our web sites. In addition, we cannot offer the 30 day money back guarantee on items shipped overseas. Currently all international orders must be prepaid by Money Order or wire transfer. Please allow up to one week for processing. International Customers: Please call 703-642-7440 to verify your country's import/export standing status or any additional charges ( Freight, Taxes or Tariff ) that may accrue before you can proceed with this order. Please remember that we cannot provide you with an accurate Quotation of your freight expense until the order is processed.
